Announcement About New Minimum Wage Amount (01.07.2023 – 31.12.2023)

The new minimum wage for the second half of 2023 has been announced as gross monthly wage of 13,414.50 TL, a net monthly wage of 11,402.32 TL, and a gross daily wage of 447.15 TL. According to the statement made by the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Vedat Işıkhan, there has been a 34% increase, and the minimum wage will be valid as of July 1st, 2023 with the aforementioned figures.
After a lengthy negotiation process, the Minimum Wage Determination Commission determined the highly anticipated minimum wage for the second half of 2023. The net and gross amounts of the 2023 minimum wage, which affects millions of employees, will be put into effect by being published in the Official Gazette.
